As a Web Content Developer, I act as the hub of writing, design, and development for Bluebeam's documentation needs. Here, you'll find samples of my work that showcase my diverse skillset.

My Work

Bluebeam Support Site

Contact Us

My first big project as part of the Support site UX Discovery team, and a second-place Stevie Award winner! This page helps deflect case load on the tech support team by providing the most common resources at the top, a search field for the knowledgebase, and a form with helpful feedback on product support and requirements.

Release Notes

This project focused on turning the release notes into a nice showcase of our product, primarily by utilizing type, spacing, and alternating colors to make it much easier to view. There is also navigation available jump to a specific version, and flags to see the release notes in your preferred language.

IT Admin Handbook

This page presents all of our highly technical documentation in a way that's accessible for IT Admins. The division between deployment and post-deployment makes it easy to find what you're looking for.

Training Videos

The Training Videos page acts as a hub for all of Bluebeam's training content. There are links to both webinars, free feature tutorials, and as well as more formal paid training.

Revu Starter Kit

Although simple in its appearance, this page took a lot of research to create. Our discovery team worked diligently to gathered up all of the best internal, introductory content from various teams, as well as feedback from our tech support reps. The most interesting part of this project was learning the specific language Bluebeam customers use. For example, while they are technically called markups, customers commonly refer to them as "clouds" or "comments."

Revu Product Page

Most of our customers search for content, but it's still good to provide a way for people to browse content organically. This page presents a lot of content in a very easy-to-read way, and lets you filter by product version.

Support Article Format

One of the biggest challenges the Bluebeam documentation faces is how to let customers quickly know which version specific support articles apply to. Our discovery team's solution was to add an Applies to box for Revu versions, and an Other versions box that sends you down the page to an older version if you need it.
